Process Aids

Our naphthenic and paraffinic process oils provide good solvency for the rubber and chemical processing industries. The low pour points, low odor levels, excellent color and good resistance to discoloration by heat or ultraviolet light make these products ideal for use in rubber compounds.

Our plasticizers and other process aids, such as polyethylene glycol, are used to improve the overall processability of rubber and plastic compounds.  They can act as extenders, lubricants, softeners, stabilizers or strengtheners and come in various physical forms.  In many cases there are multiple solutions to achieve the same end result and the chosen material will be based on the preference of the customer.
